This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and protected when you use the mobile game Maze Paint: Color Fill Puzzle (also referred to as “Maze Paint”), including its gameplay features, advertisements, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using Maze Paint.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.

#1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed when you:

• install, launch, access, or use Maze Paint;
• play levels or otherwise interact with gameplay features;
• view or interact with advertisements, including rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements;
• contact us for customer support, feedback, bug reports, privacy requests, or other inquiries; or

use any related feature or service that links to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, advertisements, app stores, advertising networks, operating system providers, or other services that we do not own or control.

Those third parties process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

#2. Overview of Maze Paint

Maze Paint is a single-player mobile puzzle game.

Maze Paint currently:

• does not require account registration;
• does not provide a login system;
• does not provide public user profiles;
• does not provide chat or messaging;
• does not allow users to upload images;
• does not allow users to upload custom levels or other user-generated content;

does not provide social networking features; and

does not require users to provide personal information in order to play the core game.

Maze Paint may display rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements.

#3. Information You Provide to Us

Because Maze Paint does not use accounts or user-generated content, we generally do not ask you to directly provide personal information while playing.

However, we may receive information from you when you voluntarily contact us.

3.1 Customer Support and Inquiry Information

If you contact us by email regarding customer support, bug reports, feedback, privacy requests, or other matters, we may collect:

• your email address;
• your name or nickname, if you choose to provide it;
• the contents of your inquiry;
• screenshots, videos, attachments, or other materials that you voluntarily provide;
• device model;
• operating system and version;
• app version;
• information about the date and time of an issue;

information reasonably necessary to investigate and respond to your request; and

records of communications between you and us.

We use this information only as reasonably necessary to:

• respond to your inquiry;
• investigate technical issues;
• provide support;
• improve Maze Paint;
• prevent abuse or fraud;

exercise or defend legal rights; and

comply with applicable law.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is specifically necessary for your request.

#4. Information Collected Automatically

When you use Maze Paint, certain technical, gameplay, and advertising-related information may be collected automatically by the App or third-party service providers integrated into the App.

The specific information collected may depend on your device, operating system, privacy settings, region, and the services used by Maze Paint.

4.1 Device and Technical Information

We or our service providers may process information such as:

• device model;
• operating system;
• operating system version;
• app version;
• device language;
• country or region;
• time zone;
• screen or display characteristics;
• network connection information;
• Internet Protocol (“IP”) address;
• crash information;
• error logs;

performance information; and

diagnostic information.

This information may be used to:

• operate Maze Paint;
• maintain compatibility with devices and operating systems;
• detect and fix crashes, bugs, and performance problems;

protect the security and integrity of the Services; and

understand technical performance.

4.2 Device and Advertising Identifiers

Depending on your device, applicable law, privacy settings, and advertising choices, third-party advertising providers may process technical identifiers such as:

• device identifiers;
• advertising identifiers, including Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) where available and permitted;
• Android advertising identifiers where applicable;

app instance identifiers; and

advertising or fraud-prevention identifiers.

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, access to identifiers used for tracking or personalized advertising will be subject to your consent or device permissions.

For example, on Apple devices, Maze Paint will respect Apple’s App Tracking Transparency requirements where applicable.

You may be able to restrict or reset advertising identifiers through your device settings.

#5. Gameplay and Local Game Data

Maze Paint may create or store gameplay information such as:

• game progress;
• completed levels or stages;
• current stage information;
• gameplay state;
• remaining lives or similar game state;
• game settings;
• sound settings;
• music settings;
• visual preferences;
• gameplay history;

usage of gameplay features; and

other data necessary to continue or operate the game.

Some or all of this information may be stored locally on your device.

Because Maze Paint does not currently provide a user account or independent cloud account system, locally stored game data may be lost if you:

• delete the App;
• clear the App’s data;
• reset your device;
• lose or replace your device;
• change devices;
• restore the device incorrectly;
• experience storage corruption; or

encounter operating system or device failures.

We may not be able to recover locally stored game progress after such loss.

#6. Advertising Information

Maze Paint may display:

• rewarded advertisements;

interstitial advertisements; and

other advertising formats that may be introduced in the future.

Advertisements are provided through third-party advertising providers.

When advertisements are requested, displayed, or interacted with, advertising providers may collect or process information including:

• whether an advertisement was requested;
• whether an advertisement was available;
• whether an advertisement was displayed;
• whether an advertisement was viewed or completed;
• whether an advertisement was clicked;
• whether a rewarded advertisement was completed;
• whether an in-game reward was granted;
• advertising impression information;
• advertising frequency;
• approximate country or region;
• device information;
• advertising identifiers, where permitted;
• network information;

fraud-prevention information; and

other technical advertising information.

This information may be used for:

• displaying advertisements;
• providing rewarded advertisements;
• determining whether a rewarded advertisement was completed;
• granting in-game rewards;
• measuring advertisement performance;
• limiting advertisement frequency;
• preventing fraudulent advertisement interactions;
• preventing invalid traffic;

ensuring advertising system security; and

complying with advertising platform requirements.

#7. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Depending on your jurisdiction, device settings, age, consent status, and applicable law, Maze Paint may display either personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

Personalized Advertising

Where permitted and where the required consent has been obtained, advertising providers may use advertising identifiers, device information, usage information, and advertising interaction information to provide advertisements that may be more relevant to you.

Non-Personalized or Contextual Advertising

If personalized advertising is unavailable, restricted, or declined, you may still receive advertisements.

Such advertisements may be selected using contextual information rather than cross-app or cross-service behavioral information.

Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements from Maze Paint.

#8. Rewarded Advertisements

Maze Paint may allow you to voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit.

To operate this feature, information may be processed to determine:

• whether the advertisement loaded;
• whether it was displayed;
• whether you watched the required portion;
• whether the advertisement was completed;

whether the reward is eligible to be granted; and

whether the advertising interaction appears fraudulent or invalid.

Rewarded advertisements are optional unless otherwise clearly explained in the game.

Advertisement availability is controlled partly by third-party advertising providers. Therefore, a rewarded advertisement may sometimes be unavailable.

#9. How We Use Information

We may use information described in this Privacy Policy for the following purposes:

• to provide and operate Maze Paint;
• to maintain gameplay functionality;
• to save or maintain game state and settings;
• to display rewarded and interstitial advertisements;
• to determine eligibility for rewarded-ad benefits;
• to measure advertisement performance;
• to prevent fraudulent or invalid advertisement interactions;
• to maintain service security;
• to detect and investigate bugs, crashes, errors, and performance problems;
• to improve gameplay, difficulty, game balance, user experience, graphics, performance, and technical stability;

• to prevent cheating, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized manipulation of the Services;
• to enforce our Terms of Use;

to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal obligations, or lawful government requests; and

If applicable data protection law requires us to identify a legal basis for processing, we may rely on one or more of the following:

Performance of a Contract

Processing may be necessary to provide the Services you choose to use.

• operating and improving Maze Paint;
• maintaining technical stability;
• preventing fraud;

understanding how the Services are used.

• diagnostics;

technical infrastructure; and

other functions necessary to operate or improve the Services.

These third-party providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

Their privacy practices are not controlled solely by this Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of relevant third-party providers.

The exact third-party service providers used by Maze Paint may change as the App is developed or updated.

Where legally required, appropriate disclosure, consent mechanisms, or privacy controls will be provided.

#12. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information for money.

However, under certain privacy laws, disclosure of advertising identifiers or other information to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may legally be defined as “selling,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.”

We may disclose information in the following circumstances.

12.1 Service Providers

Information may be processed by third-party providers that support the operation of Maze Paint, including providers of:

• advertising;
• analytics;
• crash reporting;
• fraud prevention;

• technical infrastructure; or

12.2 Advertising Providers

• technical information;

usage information; and

advertisement interaction information

as necessary to display advertisements, measure advertising performance, provide rewarded advertisements, limit frequency, and prevent fraudulent or invalid advertising activity.

12.3 Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

• comply with applicable law;
• comply with a valid legal process, court order, subpoena, or governmental request;
• enforce our Terms of Use;
• investigate fraud, abuse, cheating, or security incidents;
• protect our legal rights;
• protect the security or integrity of Maze Paint; or

protect the rights, property, or safety of users, third parties, or us.

12.4 Business Transfers

If Maze Paint or the related business is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, transfer, or sale of assets, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

#13. No User Account

Maze Paint does not currently provide or require a user account.

Therefore, we do not collect account usernames, passwords, profile photographs, public profile information, or account credentials through Maze Paint.

If an account system is added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when such functionality is introduced as required by law.

#14. No User-Generated Content

Maze Paint does not currently provide functionality allowing users to:

• upload images;
• upload videos;
• publish custom levels;
• post comments;
• send chat messages;
• upload profile content;
• publicly publish personal information; or

communicate directly with other users through Maze Paint.

Accordingly, Maze Paint does not intentionally collect user-generated content through normal gameplay.

#15. Device Permissions

Maze Paint does not currently require access to:

• your camera;
• your microphone;
• your contacts;
• your photos or media library;
• precise location information; or

health information

for normal gameplay.

The App requires internet connectivity for certain functions, including loading and displaying advertisements.

Depending on the platform, certain privacy or tracking permissions may be presented to you if required for advertising-related processing.

You may manage available permissions through your device settings.

#16. Precise Location

Maze Paint does not require precise GPS location information for normal gameplay.

Third-party providers may derive approximate country or regional information from technical data such as IP address.

Approximate location may be used for purposes including:

• providing region-appropriate advertisements;
• applying regional privacy requirements;
• preventing fraud;

analytics; and

technical service operation.

#17. Sensitive Personal Information

Maze Paint is not designed to collect sensitive personal information such as:

• government-issued identification numbers;
• passwords;
• banking credentials;
• precise GPS location;
• biometric information;
• health information;
• racial or ethnic origin;
• religious beliefs;
• political opinions;
• sexual orientation; or

other sensitive categories recognized under applicable law.

Please do not voluntarily provide such information when contacting us unless it is necessary and specifically requested for a legitimate reason.

If we discover that sensitive information has been collected unnecessarily, we will take reasonable measures to delete or otherwise appropriately protect it.

#18. International Data Transfers

Advertising and technical service providers used by Maze Paint may operate internationally.

As a result, certain information may be processed or stored in countries or regions outside your country of residence.

Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international data transfers, such as:

• legally recognized contractual protections;
• Standard Contractual Clauses;
• adequacy decisions;
• consent where legally permitted; or

other lawful transfer mechanisms.

#19. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and its purpose.

For example:

• local gameplay information may remain on your device while Maze Paint is installed;
• technical logs may be retained for a period necessary to investigate errors or security incidents;
• advertising data may be retained according to the policies of applicable advertising providers;

customer support communications may be retained for a reasonable period to respond to follow-up inquiries and maintain appropriate records; and

information required for legal compliance may be retained for the legally required period.

Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized.

However, no electronic system, mobile device, network, or method of data transmission is completely secure.

We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device and operating system.

#21. Children’s Privacy

Maze Paint is a general-audience puzzle game.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.

We do not knowingly use personal information of children for personalized advertising where prohibited by applicable law.

Where required by law, advertising and data processing may be restricted based on a user’s age or region.

If you are under the age at which you may independently consent to the processing of personal information in your jurisdiction, you should use Maze Paint only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that we have improperly collected personal information from a child, please contact us.

If we determine that such information was collected in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or appropriately handle it.

• Apple App Tracking Transparency settings;

• advertising identifier settings;
• Google advertising controls;
• a consent or privacy-management interface displayed in the App; or

other controls provided by the relevant platform or advertising provider.

On iOS, you can manage tracking permission through your device’s Privacy & Security settings.

If you refuse or withdraw permission for personalized advertising, you may continue to receive non-personalized or contextual advertisements.

#24. Additional Information for Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom (“UK”), or Switzerland, applicable data protection laws may provide additional rights.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children where prohibited by law.
